When my wife and I decided to begin looking for a bigger place, we immediately decided to employ the services of a license realtor for the process. Brad Westover came highly recommended by friends and those recommendations proved to be accurate. Brad helped us located several properties in our price range and specifications, and arranged for an in-person walkthrough even during the Covid pandemic. He advised as on each property, helping us to “notice” things that otherwise we were overlooking. Brad showed by his actions that he was after our interests and not after a higher commission check. He provided his expert opinion throughout the whole process which helped us immensely in selecting the right property for us as well as saving us thousands of dollars from the original asking price. Even after we agreed on the purchased price, the house inspection revealed other issues with the property and to our surprise Brad contacted the seller and negotiated even a lower price. Thank you so much for being responsible, honest and a true professional. If the occasion arises, I will utilize your services again and I will definitively recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks again
