We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.

I hired Terry to sell a condo in West Palm Beach that was owned by my late grandmother. Terry helped me remotely (I live in NJ).
