Maribeth was always available to help me with questions and gave me great guidance on how to properly price my house and get it shown. She had a full weekend of showings and no easy feat during Covid as she had to do all showings spaced apart to individuals/families. In one weekend, she had gotten us multiple offers, all above asking price. After our sale, she found us a beautiful rental on the ocean and we will be using her to purchase our next home.
