We had just lost our mother and had to sell her house. This house has been in the family for over 40 years and had such wonderful memories that we were reluctant to let go of. Monica treated us in such a kind, loving, respectful manner. She got us through the process at a pace that was perfect for us. She was extremely professional, and knew exactly what was needed to be done for us to get the best price possible. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We wholeheartedly recommend Monica for her skill and expertise which she used skilfully. She was able to do this without ever losing the human touch.
