Felt like she should have been more involved when there were issues and not just making a phone call to the loan company. As a buyer we figured that when we closed the Realator would have set up a welcome to your new home basket as a thank you for handling our purchase. Would have been a nice touch. Business must be very good she got her check and out the door.
