As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, Mrs Pattee was very patient and pointed out things I should be looking out for while touring properties. She walked me through the inspection process and asked lots of questions of the inspector and took notes. She contacted the HOA for me to make sure I had all of the necessary documents in order to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the contract and closing process she was on top of everything making sure we closed on time. Closing went off without a hitch and I’m thrilled with my new home and with price that she helped me negotiate! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!

When my mother decided last minute to sell her home 4 days before going on a month long trip we called on Jenelle. The next day Jenelle had a contract written up appointments made for pictures and a Notary to come out to us. She kept me updated on everything even helped with getting my moms house staged. The night before she listed it she asked me if my mom had any questions or concerns she Genuinely cares about her clients and is working in their best interest. On the Day of the listing it took 5 hours a full cash offer and we accepted the next day. So for 3 weeks , thats what it took to close Jenelle kept in touch I would get a call from the title company or the lawyers office and right after she would call to update me. At no point did I ever feel alone in this process she was with me every step of the way being that my mom was not present.
