Diana has been a huge blessing during a very stressful time in our lives! We reached out to Diana after seeing her sell our neighbor’s home for a very good price. We needed to purchase a bigger house in Wellington and were also hoping we could sell our home for a profit. The market was extremely tight in Wellington but she was able to help us obtain the home of our dreams in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in! She knows the market inside and out and we were able to purchase the home for less than asking price after her extensive market analysis. When it came time to sell our home, Diana really shined. Every tip and suggestion she made left us encouraged that we could get “top dollar” for our home. Our favorite thing about her is her communication skills. She was constantly in touch either via text or phone, and always very approachable with questions. She even helped us stage the home beautifully with some of her very own collection, since we wanted to be moved out before listing it. When she told us the price she believed we could get for the home, our jaws dropped. After her thorough explanations, we trusted her advice and we got MULTIPLE OFFERS. Now, we have extra cash in the bank to customize the new home of our dreams to exactly what we want it to be. Overall I can’t recommend her enough. She treats clients like family, her communication skills are unmatched, and she really does her due diligence and research both on the buying and selling front. She has stayed in touch to make sure everything is going well in our new home, and is not one of those realtors that drops you as soon as you close. You won’t be disappointed and your bank account will thank you!

Knowledgeable about market. Gives good advice. Works with respect and gives confidence in his decisions.

Lou went above and beyond walking us through the process from start to finish. He eased our anxiety as out of state buyers. After purchasing the unit, he kept checking on us, making sure we were settling in.
