This is the third time I've worked with Daragh McCaffrey. He is an outstanding professional who goes above and beyond to take care of every detail. The first time was to take possession of a rental house of mine. He provided everything I needed, and now I have several contractors who he recommended that I trust. The second time was to rent a condo unit I owned. Again, he was on top of everything; I never had to worry once. The latest time was to sell that condo unit. As always, every step from pricing to marketing to the final sale was worry-free.

We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.
