She walked me through the inspection process and asked lots of questions of the inspector and took notes. She contacted the HOA for me to make sure I had all of the necessary documents in order to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the contract and closing process she was on top of everything making sure we closed on time. Closing went off without a hitch and I’m thrilled with my new home and with price that she helped me negotiate! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!
