Haydee is an incredible hands on real estate agent. This is a trait that she most likely acquired from her degree in mechanical engineering. I interviewed several other agents and none impressed me as much as Haydee. On the first day that she came to look at my home she did a walk through, took notes, and met with me to discuss what needed to be done to optimize the sale of the home. She then proposed an action plan based on what she saw, discussed current sales prices of nearby homes, and recommended the asking price range.
