The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.

She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder.
