Michele was quick to respond to our questions and issues at any time of day or night. Disappointed in the handling of issues with the loan company. Felt like she should have been more involved when there were issues and not just making a phone call to the loan company. As a buyer we figured that when we closed the Realator would have set up a welcome to your new home basket as a thank you for handling our purchase. Would have been a nice touch. Business must be very good she got her check and out the door.

We had a complicated home purchase with many roadblocks and CJ was always there to help us navigate the issues as they came up. He was creative in his problem solving. He was always responsive to our questions and phone calls. Right after we closed, CJ even came my the house on his own time to make some minor repairs! CJ is one of the best! Highly recommended!
