My second experience with Audrey was the purchase of a triplex in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. This was a several month process and she was determined to get it right and we did! Under her direction of making the substantial improvements that were required and the interior finishes I’ve been able to double the value of this property from $400,000 purchase price to a value pushing $800,000 today. Believe it or not this was within a three year time. Amazing! Being on out of state buyer I needed someone that new the market, was thorough in handling contracts/Florida law and above all honest to steer me in the right direction. It was great from start to finish. Kitty took control of the entire process and removed any worries for both me and my husband. Even when I was getting discouraged, she reassured me that we would find the perfect house for us ... and we DID! She showed us many homes exactly in the locations we were interested in, right in line with our budget and as close as she could find to match what we were looking for. And the a team that helps her accomplish her goals is excellent! Jennifer was a treasure to work with and worked extremely hard to make sure we had everything we needed every step of the way! Jennifer also worked right through the Christmas holiday and we made our closing on time on 12/30 without a hitch!
