She had my daughter, who lives in the area, see the home I was interested in the day after It went up for sale. I lived in Pennsylvania so Amanda negotiated the price of the home and arranged for an inspection a few days after my offer was accepted. The sale went smoothly and I thank Amanda for making the sale almost all stress free for me.
