Stephen was upfront and honest and persistent with selling my home. I have worked with him for many year both in renting out my home and then selling it. Very professional. I live out of state so was able to do most everything long distance which is a relief when it comes to large investments such as a home.

Ashley worked very closely with my realtor in getting this deal closed and completed with ease. When it came time to close we ran into some issues with the owner / title company and she was able to assist in getting the issue resolved. She went above and beyond and that is not to be taken lightly at all. I was so impressed with her capabilities I stayed in touch with her after the transaction and she continued to happily point me in the right direction and treat me as a friend in which we have become over the experience.
