Alexis showed an insight into the market as well as how to best present the property. I would expect that from most agents but what really impressed me was how she was willing to go out of her way, to go a little above and beyond to make it easy for me. Even though I moved four states away she looked after details I would not have thought of and kept me informed every step of the way. Within only a few days of listing I already had several offers. She would offer darn good advice if asked but always listened to me and asked my opinion and preferences. I felt that she wasn't selling my house for me but more helping me to sell it even though she did all the real work. To say I was a little nervous putting my home up for sale is an understatement but she made it easy and almost fun.
