Working with Marilu was a great experience. She is very dedicated to her profession and is the best agent I have ever worked with. Marilu took the time to get to know us and our needs, found great homes to tour based on our interviews, and was throughly knowledgeable. It was evident she researched the homes prior to setting up appointments. Marilu is a true expert on South Florida real estate. Once we found our perfect home, Marilu helped us work with the HOA, provided recommendations for home inspection, insurance agents, and attorney, and assisted with negotiating with the seller and seller’s agent. In less than a month, we found and purchased our dream home. Marilu also follows through after the sale. An elegant and excellent communicator, Marilu has a beautiful smile and personality, with a professional and calming disposition. I’m very grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
