Daniel not only took on the sale of my deceased mother's condo, but he stepped outside of the box by handling projects that one usually asks of a friend or family member...and he always said "YES" to all requests. That included starting her car up that sat idle until sold a few months later. It also included taking care of all the unsold furniture and decorations before the closing date. He went above and beyond his job description and was there for me and my family members any time we asked. You cannot find an agent better than Rosa. She is the real deal, not just one of these agents that dabble or decided to take up real estate to fill their time, like a hobby. She is energetic and enthusiastic and always ready and willing to get appointments to show you homes.
