This is the third time I’ve been fortunate enough to have Marc Plotkin as my realtor. He sold my condo, now my house, and he helped me to buy a house. What I appreciated about Marc with his total involvement in selling my home. This was my 13th home, so I’ve used several realtors in the past. My experience with the others is that they say anything to get the listing, and then they hang a lock box and wait for other realtors to do the work, while they pursue other listings. With Marc, the experience was very different. He attended every showing, gave me excellent advice on each step in the process. As both buyer and seller, he negotiated through each hurdle. His marketing efforts led to a lot of qualified traffic, and the offers and slowing I could only hope for. Marc really made it happen. As an individual, I think I’ve probably moved more often than most, resulting in many purchases and many sales. Marc is by far, the best I’ve had the opportunity to work with, both in selling and buying. I was not just another listing and on to the next. Marc got the job done. Well done. Right.
