Selling our home was a bit stressful since our first contract fell through but she was always compassionate and reassured me that these things can happen and not to worry she would continue to market and update our listing as needed to get it moving again. She sure did, we successfully sold it. She was responsive 24/7 and that was a big plus for my husband and myself. She made the whole process feel smooth, honest, and even enjoyable. Chris did an excellent job selling our house. He responded quickly to any showings as well as showed up at many of the showings to give buyers a first hand knowledge of the home. He kept us informed through every step of the process making sure the proper things were being done in a timely manner. Buyer wanted to move in earlier and he made sure all the proper paperwork was completed so that the process could be facilitated. His professionalism was top notch and handled everything with great care. He held a couple open houses and was able to drive perspective buyers to our home.
