My wife and were living in Maryland and trying to relocate to Florida. The RE market in Florida is so hot that it was becoming really difficult if not impossible to find our new home and when you find one you get out bided. We were concerned we were going to be homeless after the sale of our home in Maryland. She lives 1:30 hrs. away from Pr. St. Lucie and she bothered to travel here a few times for us since we could not do it due to the 1000 mile distance. Ludy went out of her way for us. She helped us find the perfect house at the right price. She is very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable We can say enough good things about her. We highly recommend Ludy to anyone trying to sell or buy a home. She is DABEST!!! no question about it! We love our new home. The neighborhood is great and so are our neighbors. The location is enviable. Everything is between 3 to 7 minutes of our home. We never imagine it was going to be so good. Thank you Ludy. We could not have done it without you.

Sharon Reeves is an awesome realtor! The day we met her, she made us feel comfortable with her knowledge of the real estate market and her honest, professional work ethic. Sharon kept us informed on a daily basis as to the proceedings of the selling of our home. We always felt we were in good hands. Sharon's advertising skills are amazing...the professional photos and 3-D virtual technology she used made our house stand out from the rest! Our house sold within 3 days of being listed for more money than we had asked for! We had multiple people making offers and Sharon's negotiating skills got us the best price for our home. We were treated with respect, honesty and kindness at all times.
