Kathleen made herself available to me and my family 24/7 and took care of every detail for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and her job. She is nice and friendly, always making you feel like you were her only client. As nice as she is, she is a bulldog when it came to negotiating the contract, and holding the seller to task after inspection.
