I am a first time home buyer, and have read so many stories on social media on how buying a home is very stressful and not an easy process. I knew i was ready to buy a house, but i kept on telling myself no I'm going to wait. Until, 2022 the landlord went up on my rent. I contacted Stacey and told her it was time! I chose Stacey as my realtor because i felt like she was very knowledgeable on the home buying process and I felt that i could trust her due to her growing clientele. Stacey is someone who's going to be very firm with you, someone that's going to keep it 100 with you and i liked that about her. When i was unsure about something Stacey explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really learned a lot during this process. I started this process the end of December 2022 and closed March 2023! A little under 3 months. She really made me feel like i was her ONLY client. The best real estate company Powellrealty.
