In 2019 we met Audrey when vacationing in Palm Beach. She came up from Delray to show us a condo in the area. While we were not ready to buy at that time, Audrey kept in touch with us over the years and sent us listings and property updates . She was spot on in her knowledge of the market in the areas we had an interest. On a recent trip to West Palm, we reconnected with Audrey and she was very accommodating. We found a few units and decided on the one we purchased. From our offer thru closing (30days) Audrey guided the entire process professionally and with remarkable ability. We are most pleased with what she has done for us as our buyers agent.

Carol was amazing! She was super helpful in every step of the home shopping and buying process. I really appreciated her years of knowledge regarding the residential areas, property value, and overall community. I met Carol as a referral and I'm so glad I got the chance to work with her. We stayed in constant communication. She provided feedback and was able to answer my questions in real-time, and I had A LOT of questions lol. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated how hard she worked for me, reviewing properties and programs that would best benefit my desires and also match my financial situation. I felt empowered by her industry knowledge, supported by her consistent follow-up with the seller and lender, and super relieved that this process was actually a lot of fun! Having Carol on my side was one of the best parts of this home-buying experience. Will definitely be working with Carol again and highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues!!!
