Our purchase of a new home was super fast and the process was short and sweet. Steve Boyette is great with communication and helping us throughout the entire process. Our loan through quicken was done in less than thirty days and moved up closing date to move in even faster. We are definitely going to use Steve again and would recommend him to anyone searching for a good realtor that will take his time to help you find the home of your happiness and dreams!

Being first-time home buyers, we were definitely nervous about the entire experience. However, working with Mike and his team we always felt informed along each step and in a timely manner. He also took time out to walk you through as much or as little as you wanted and no question was too dumb or annoying. We truly don't think we could have gotten our home without Mike and his amazing team nor would we have felt as comfortable with this process if it wasn't for Mike leading the way. I would gladly recommend Mike to any first time home buyers or someone who is looking to switch to someone who is both great at what they do but also very down to earth.

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. I first met Chris in 2017 when he was going door to door in my neighborhood. He impressed me so much that I saved his number and called him in 2022 to list my house. Cris is a dedicated extremely organized professional. He kept us informed every step along the way. He always gave us the facts and let us make the decisions. His real estate knowledge is off the charts. If your in need of a real estate agent you will not find anybody that will be as honest, dedicated, and hard working as Chris . On a scale of 1-10 he is a 20!!!

Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
