I have used Andy for 5 sales in Fort Lauderdale. The property that just closed was a difficult case put on the market just as rates started rise and with a difficult tenant in place making showings difficult. Andy refused to let me be concerned and also prevented me from undervaluing the property for a quick sale. He came up with several innovative plans that I saw showing up in competitor’s listings weeks later. But by then Andy had moved on to new solutions. Always innovative and 3 steps ahead of everyone else with a solid reputation. Andy always has the client’s interest in mind and even works across time zones to seal the deal. I won’t use anyone else.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
