Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!

Once more I had the blessing to work with the best realtor in town! I loved the owesome experience, she was very helpful, BEFORE the purchase of the lot, DURING the process and AFTER. I am very greatful with her.

No body does it better! A quote from Carly Simon!! Great song too! Kathy was sensational in every way… sales, set up, helped to clench the deal with a door knob! yes! Seriously! We love her style and would wish every one ready to sell, to consider her as your go to person!!!
