Wendy was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, Wendy took the time to truly listen to our needs and understand our goals for this next chapter of our lives. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and results-driven real estate, we highly recommend Wendy!

I built a relationship with Mike on Instagram a few years ago. At that time, I knew I wanted to purchase a condo in Miami FL but was a few years away, financially. Mike kept in touch throughout the years, which I admired. Our transaction was pretty smooth and easy. I placed an offer and it was accepted!! Being I’m not from the area, buying a condo/home was made easy while being off-site. Thanks, Mike!!

Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Realtor turned friend … HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ***I’m the buyer***

But what truly sets Shelly apart is her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her expertise and knowledge of the market were evident in every interaction. She left no stone unturned, ensuring that all the necessary details were taken care of, and I felt secure in our decision. In short, Shelly has been a true blessing.
