Aiyanna was referred by a friend of the family who said, she is one of the best agent to work with and gets the job done. He had it right. When this process started selling my condo, it was very stressful. Aiyanna came to visit and assess my condo. We had a discussion and she wasn't in a hurry to leave, and it wasn't just business. I was impressed that she cared about me being stressed out and finding a solution to build a working relationship to sell my property. That was surely a blessing from above. Subsequently, Aiyanna was able to created a marketing plan that was executed in 2 days. She is very well informed about real estate laws, professional, friendly, a people person, and has a wealth of resources to meet your needs. I was feeling great. An experience without stress knowing that my agent looked after everything. The process was seamless, and I sold my condo on March 16. Kudos to Aiyanna!

Jim is an amazing realtor. He handled the sale of my property professionally. He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to real estate questions. I had a little issue that he remidied quickly, making sure I was kept in the loop the whole time. Put me at ease. He worked very well with the buyers agent ensuring a smooth transaction. I was a little worried there might be an issue as I live out of state. Jim ensured me all would be fine and it was!! I would highly recommend Jim Keagler to represent anyone who needs a real estate agent. He's the best.
