Durante los procesos de compra y venta de las dos propiedades que he adquirido en Florida, Julio Marquez se ha desempeñado con gran profesionalismo y paciencia. Yo lo recomiendo altamente.

Being we were moving from out of state & couldn't be hands on, Laura came through for us in a way we never imagined! It might as well have been us in her body checking and reviewing all things necessary, even noting things we wouldn't have thought of. Working with us with video tours, pics and constant real time updates while continuously being beyond communicative in all aspects. We can't thank her enough for helping us find our dream home and making it such a smooth experience in the process.

Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
