My experience with Pilar was from beginning to end an extremely easy and efficient process. My apt was basically sold in a week because of her tenacity. She is very knowledgeable of the laws and was able to put me in touch with both a Title company and a mortgage broker.I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

This was my first time purchasing. We had a good chemistry and I appreciated Christina's candor through the process. I felt Christina was looking out for my best interests. We had a much smoother closing than I was anticipating and Christina keep me in the loop. I would work with Christina again.

This was my first time selling a property and my realtor Miguel went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagine. I could call or text anytime within reason and I would always get a response. I never felt like I was just another client but like a friend who had my best interest in mind! Miguel took the time to explain the things that I was not familiar with and made me feel comfortable to proceed with confidence. I’ve already recommended to my friends who are looking for a realtor, that I know a great realtor when they’re ready. I wish everyone who is looking to buy or sell, could share my experience. I am very happy with my results! Thank you Miguel!
