Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.

She endlessly searched for our perfect home and made sure to stay on top of any homes arising on the market that met our criteria. She was beyond patient, communicative and flexible with ensuring we found the perfect one.

Will has helped us with the sale and purchase of several homes in the past few years. He helped with the sale of our private home which lead to the start of our dream of flipping houses.
