I was not one to leave reviews but seeing this has helped me decide on decisions I have had to make with various Business for different types of work needed for my home, etc..., I see the importance of leaving a review. Vernon did an outstanding job with the sale of our condo. He took on all the stress for us and worked with us till the end. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable which is very important when you are selling a property, he helped me get the most out of my sale, looked into the market value, etc... easy going personality, easy to talk to, flexible, loved working with Vernon, Vernon was very involved in all aspects of this sale & closing. I would recommend him to anyone trying to Buy or Sell a Property. Thank you very much for walking with us during this important process of selling our property, Thank you Vernon!
