JC is an excellent realtor. I have needed his help on 2 occasions and both times he has done an excellent job. The first time, which is when I met him, he helped me buy my house. JC pays attention to detail and gets to know the client, as well as what they are looking for. The best thing about him and the service he provides is that you never feel pressured at any point of the purchase or sale. And yes... I say sale because he also helped me sell my house when we moved out of state. Both times, he made the process extremely easy, always kept us informed of every step, he was an advocate for his client, and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart.
