We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

She created a beautiful video to showcase the property. I don’t think there is anything Kynse doesn't know. And if she doesn’t, she will find out. She managed extra stuff for us. We had a tricky sale, but due to her perseverance, we closed.
