Cristian is a true real estate professional. He were really kind with us from the beginning, even when we were a little headstrong on the reality of the market. He made a great job negotiating the sell in the best terms for us, and he even took charge of a trespassing and robbery situation with the Coral Gables PD, ADT, and the insurance company, while we where out of the country. He managed to get three of our properties sold within the last 2 years, and he helped us buy two more, for less money than we were willing to pay. Definitely, an agent who can deliver what he offers. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

She is very transparent, honest, polite, respectable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. She is involved in every aspect of the process from the first day we met, in between meetings and phone calls, reaching out to seller's agent, inspection, speaking with the lender, to closing; she held our hands through it all. Despite all of her involvement, she allowed us to have our inputs and for us to make the final decision ourselves.
