Knowledgeable, detail oriented, and easy to deal with. Sue was a calm, steady partner through the ups and down of selling our family home. Very knowledgeable about South Florida’s ever-fluctuating real estate market. She sweat the details and helped us achieve our objective.

Bull’s Eye on the market value and resilience throughout the sale

Susan was a huge help to my husband and I during our first-time home buying journey. We were very much in the dark about the process from finding the right home to financing, documents and clearance needed and then ultimately what would be necessary to make an offer ad close on the home. Susan helped guide us through each step and was always very responsive to our questions. She helped us buy our first home, rent that home out, and will soon help us find our next one as our family is growing! I could not recommend Susan more highly!
