Ana did a great job, from the first moment we meet each other. She got detailed input of my "wishes and realities" about the property I wanted to buy. She deeply dived into the market and brought many options, identifying "advantages - disadvantages" of each one. She helped me to identify the top three and took contact with the owners / realtors. She made a close follow up of the Home Inspection, dealt with the Condo Association during submission of req. docs and further approval until the final closing. Was really a great experience counting on her experience and support during the whole property purchase process. I definitily would work with her again. I recommend Anna with no restrictions!

We have made several real estate purchases and Shelly Macin Buncher is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. We are out of state buyers and Shelly quickly ascertained our preferences and then narrowed the properties she sent for our review based on those preferences. If there was something in the listing she knew we wouldn't like, she'd add a comment, for example "Carpet in the bedrooms.... but sent this because of the view", etc. When we visited properties, Shelly always found the small flaws and details we might have missed, so that we would never be disappointed if we chose the property. She was incredibly thorough. She also managed to schedule us multiple showings in a day, without any unforeseen delays or problems developing. We were only in town a short time, but because of her diligence and attention to detail, we were able to find exactly what we wanted.
