When we started looking for a property, the US had Covid restrictions on most of the world, which meant we were unable to come and see the property with our own eyes. Considering that we were on another continent, and making a significant purchase sight-unseen, Marsha was incredibly accomodating! Her search for the perfect property was endless and extremely detailed, and once we zoned in on what we wanted Marsha was extremely flexible, visiting the property many times, taking pictures and videos until we felt secure to put an offer. We did so, sight unseen, and Marsha again helped us through the process and through the negotiation always giving us technical insights about the property and market. I feel we got a very good deal at a time when the market is on the rise. Marsha continues to be very helpful even after the closing of the sale. A+ would recommend!
