Exceptional Experience

We were referred to Devin by our realtor in Minneapolis and Devin took care of us from the very beginning. We had a pretty tight timeline as we had arrangements to move across the country prior to listing. We had numerous contracts fall through due to buyers ill intentions or financing issues but Devin always had a backup plan and we were back under contract within 24 hours each time. Devin pushed us to list a bit out of our comfort zone but ultimately, it paid off in the end and we accepted and closed on our property for over our asking price. He is highly knowledgeable of the market in his area. My wife and I would both highly recommend Devin to be your realtor and if the opportunity arises in the future, we will certainly be calling him back!
