Maritza was an excellent agent. By far exceeded all of my expectations. She was thorough in learning our (my wife and mine) desires for our first time home. She then ruled out the houses that did not meet our expectations and presented to us homes, that as she said, where as if she were purchasing for herself. It didn't take much (1 month) before we found our new home. She also aggressively negotiated with the seller to get us an amazing deal. Maritza was fabulous. She also recently found my sister her first home and I can say on my sister's behalf that her experience with Maritza was just as gratifying.
