JC doesn’t just sit around waiting for potential buyers and sellers to approach him. He is proactive and takes the initiative engaging and leveraging his networks, resources, and connections. He is also very smart, strategic, and persuasive and was able to get me a lot more than I asked for my house. All around he is just an amazing agent and you will be hard-pressed to find someone better in Miami.
