Andrea's style is unique because he truly invests his heart into the process. So many times I truly felt he was as much (IF NOT MORE!) invested in ensuring every step is the absolute best for me. Andrea is extremely detail-oriented, does his research and is very prompt and responsible every step of the way. He is always available and responsive, and overall extremely professional. He has a great balanced and patient approach of listening to you, your concerns, and opinions respectfully, while simultaneously making sure to provide his expert opinion, with data and facts always behind it, in order to allow you to make a clear-headed, rational decision. In the end, he will always support however way you choose to proceed. Whether big or small, Andrea wants to do what is fair and get you the best possible outcome, always going to battle for me. His thoroughness and consistent follow-up even made me stay on top of MY game, especially when dealing with constant communication between us, seller, bank, condo association, management company, attorney's office, etc. As we all know, the closing process is very delicate and time-sensitive, and without Andrea, I can truly say, I would not have gotten what I wanted at the price and terms.
