Ariel was my realtor since last year when I rented an apartment and more recently this year as I purchased my current condo. In today's market, this was not an easy process and it took months, and Ariel was always helpful, available, and patient. He guided me through the process, showed me many condos and houses until we found one where the offer was accepted and the sale went through to the end. I even got for below the asking price. I am very happy and so thankful for Ariel :)

Nicola recently handled the purchase of our new condo in downtown Miami. He really went the extra mile to make sure that the deal closed, but also that we were comfortable and informed along the way. We were very well-qualified buyers but there were several complications with lenders and the building, as the condo association was still in developer control. Nicola was always timely and tenacious with taking actions to overcome whatever issue came up, and I honestly don’t think that we would have stayed in the process if it weren’t for his skills. We feel lucky that he was our agent!
