Silvia worked above and beyond what a real estate broker does. pleasure to work with.

Silvia Chudnovsky and Clarisa Banus exhibited exemplary teamwork of their profession. They are diligent, thorough, and consistently provide updates pertaining to negotiations, ect. The experience with them culminated in a smooth real estate transaction.

I sold my property in Miami while living in Italy, and Clarisa followed the entire process with professionalism and efficiency. Since I wasn’t in Miami, she took care of all the necessary steps, including communication with the tenants, the property manager, and the notary. Everything was handled in a timely and organized way, and I always felt informed. I appreciated her support and would recommend her to others needing a trustworthy agent, especially if they are managing a sale from a distance.
