Jennifer has been our realtor on two separate occasions. Each time, she has been exceptionally GREAT! The first time she helped us find an apartment to rent. The second time, she helped us find our home. The first thing we liked about her is her pro-activeness - we were typical paranoid first time home buyers and had a lot of doubts/questions at every weird hour of the day; she would respond to our questions/emails within minutes of reaching out. Her knowledge and negotiation skills added a bonus to the table. She helped us get a credit from the seller. This made our experience a pleasant one. All in all - very transparent & easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Jennifer by our side. For any Real Estate consulting/needs, I strongly recommend Jennifer without any reservation.

She has a no-nonsense direct manner of communication that helps to streamline and expedite the buying process and negotiations. No doubt Bianca is experienced as a realtor with a deep knowledge of the area as well as being a very good negotiator.
