I just relocated from Chicago to West Palm Beach and Karin was a serious angel to work with. Being new to the area and on a very tight timeline I was concerned I wouldn’t find a property I loved. Karin set up a full day of showings in a number of different areas for me when I was in town and we found a great property. She helped me get it below asking despite another offer. Where Karin really shined for me was after the offer. I was in Chicago and couldn’t come down for inspection, but she handled everything for me. She was super involved with the title company and mortgage companies to make sure we were able to close as close to on time as possible. It was such a relief with my big move to know she was on top of everything for me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market.

Gloria was recommended to me by a co-worker. I was looking to rent a condo or townhouse. She responded right away and sent me several options in my price range that had my requirements. She arranged a viewing right away and made herself available for whatever time worked for me. During the viewing we talked about my desire to buy. I decided to work on my credit and down payment for the next couple months and when I was ready I reached out to her and she went above and beyond to help me and my family find a perfect townhouse in the exact area I wanted to be in. She was very communicative and available whenever I needed her. I don't know if she would want this publicized so I won't be specific but she did us an AMAZING favor that might have prevented us from losing the house. It was no small favor and I'll never forget it and will always be grateful. She also brought us a really thoughtful house-warming gift after we had been in our new house for two weeks.
