Margaret was the absolute BEST part of our home buying process! We purchased a new construction home, and having her by our side made all the difference. She is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to navigating the ins and outs of new builds. Her communication was top notch—always quick to respond, clear, and proactive. We never felt out of the loop, and she made a potentially stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I would 100% recommend Margaret to anyone looking to buy. You’ll be in GREAT hands!!!

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
