"Yitzi is a consummate professional. He takes his role very seriously as real estate broker. He went above and beyond at every step of the way, from sourcing properties through closing. He drove us around various neighborhoods and pointed out many factors that we would never have thought us. He understood what we were looking for and constantly curated new listings for us and drew out attention to them. This helped us orient our search. During the contract period, Yitzi helped facilitate relationships with many professionals that helped ease our process. Yitzi was a one-man back office for our transaction! He helped source our mortgage lender, inspector, attorney, title agent, insurance and contracting professionals, and we were very happy with each of their services. I would highly recommend Yitzi to anyone who is looking for an honest and super competent professional to help them find their primary or vacation home in the South Florida Region."
