Top Notch in Every Respect!

Debra fully explained the market and the process, and answered all our questions every step of the way…and always with a smile (and also a couple of fruit pies!). She made what is normally a highly stressful situation very manageable (even enjoyable!), from signing the listing agreement, to working with a moving/staging expert and a photographer (both of whom Debra provided) to prepare our home for listing snd showings, through the final closing. Debra is always upbeat and positive, and with Debra as our agent we had a lot less to worry about; we knew we were in the hands of an expert who had seen just about everything. With Debra’s guidance regarding asking price and starting with a Saturday open house, we received a full price offer to purchase in just one day. We highly recommend Debra whether you are selling or buying; she truly cares and she really knows her stuff! Look no further!

Best experience ever!!!

If you’re looking for a realtor agent that is competent, kind, knowledgeable and at the same time humble, aggressive, very patient and very objective, optimistic at the same time keeping it real, researching and explaining the market tendencies and doing a through market analysis and if we we're paying a fair amount for the property in question. I highly recommend Andrea Domingues as your buyer or seller RE Agent. We had an excellent experience with Andrea, we looked several houses in the course of months and months, she didn’t pressured us to get a property, until we felt that was the right home for us.
